Thursday, June 9th, 2011New material from Maiday dropped today, seems the guys are Levels are hitting the summer hard with UK music! This is the first track to drop from her first EP which I believe will be a covers EP. I have been backing her for a couple of years now (when she was working under the name Willoe). She is now signed to Atlantic so I am now eagerly awaiting her debut album/new material!
p.s. She also wrote parts (I presume hook/chorus) of the previous post’s track from Wretch 32….she is seriously sick!

This will hopefully be massive come the summer it hasn’t got the commercial appeal that Unorthodox has but fingers crossed it can still make some decent moves when it drops 14th August! Can’t wait for Wretch 32’s album (easily my favourite UK artist right now)!

Also this dropped today “Acura-Integurl” video, a track from Nostalgia/Ultra which didn’t make the cut for the mixtape but it does appear that it will be on the digital release which is due in July! I’ve still not put this mixtape down since downloading it, not had a mixtape on my Ipod for this long for a very long time!

Defiantly no regrets downloading this, a really strong mixtape with some really strong material. Highlights so far are It Ain’t Hard To Tell, Life’s a Bitch and Memory Lane, pure hip hop vibes!

It is basically a six track EP of cover’s but not obvious covers mainly of old tracks (descriptions of can be viewed via the link above). It doesn’t disappoint much like “A Strange Arrangement” which if you haven’t already got that in your life, you need to rectify this situation!
